- Added lightbox support (actually present in 104, which I didn't realize)

Bug Fixes
- Fixed nasty crash bug (happened when publishing). Sorry about this one guy, it was totally my fault. IE control is not thread safe...

Known Bugs
- Standard Perspective - Blog Post preview sometimes steals the focus from other controls
- When resizing splitters in Standard Perspective, re-painting while dragging is terrible
- It is possible, under certain circumstances, to lose your most recent blog post content if you Publish from the main app window rather than the editor. If you stick to Publishing from the editor, you should be fine.

Enhancements
- New UI in the Standard Perspective (nicer looking, clean)
- Profile Manager - when creating a profile for the first time, default values are offered - this makes it easier for new users to get started quickly
- On app startup, if no accounts have been created yet, the user will see the "Getting Started" page, which now has clickable links.
- On app startup, if an account has already been created, the "Dashboard" page will be shown, which has standard operations such as New Account, New Storage, App Settings
- When creating a new Media Storage, the final page in the wizard now has a Test button that will let the user test their settings (before Finishing the wizard)

Bug Fixes
- Unicode characters in profile path will now work
- Background task logging now supports unicode (writes out a UTF8 log file instead of an ASCII log file)
- Blog Post Preview View (standard perspective) now listens for change/delete events and updates itself accordingly (previously, if you changed the content of a blog post in the editor, when you saved it, the new saved content was not updated in the preview view - now it is)

Known Bugs
